AI is everywhere, and it’s easy to feel like you’re supposed to “just know” how to use it. I’ve been there, sitting through webinars that promised to teach me everything I needed to know about AI, but I walked away discouraged and still unsure how to actually talk to it. In this session, we’ll start with a quick, easy-to-digest overview of what AI is and why admins need to embrace AI.

Then I’ll share the simple framework I reimagined from one speaker who finally made it click. Whether you’re just getting started or have already experimented a bit, you’ll learn how to build clear, effective prompts (and might even see why some of your early tries may have been less successful). We’ll practice together, and you’ll leave with tools you can use right away to continue learning.

In session two, we’ll take the next step: applying AI directly to our work as admins and continuing to grow your skills with confidence.
