Lori Byland, Executive Assistant at Intel in Portland, Oregon and winner of the prestigious Above the Call Award, is a nationally recognized Admin leader who isn’t just surviving tech change, she’s shaping it.

Lori earned the award in large part because of her tireless efforts to empower colleagues across Intel - publishing weekly tech tips, leading internal trainings on Outlook and AI, and serving as the go-to resource for teams navigating everything from inbox overload to ChatGPT prompting.
